The original sub-section (7) was re-numbered sub-section (9). A new clause No. 11 was added as follows:

No prosecution for any offence under section 3, 6, 7 or 8 shall be commenced without the sanction of the Attorney-General.

Upon Council resuming,

THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL moved the third reading of the Bill.

THE COLONIAL SECRETARY seconded, and the Bill was read a third time and passed.

Council adjourned sine die.
